What is so special about the Vitagrow Premier Organic System?

 This system is a range of complimentary fertilisers, soil conditioners and inoculated micro-organisms whose joint purpose is aimed at restoring and maintaining the natural balance of the fourth key element of fertility bio-organisms and bio-chemical activity.

Premier Addbac Life

A natural organic soil conditioner in crumb form specially enriched with 50% organic matter and a pH of 6.5-7.  A natural humus product based on pressed linseed and grape-seed acts as a natural food source for the added beneficial soil micro-organisms.  Humus has 3 to 4 times more holding capacity (per volume) of both nutrients and water, than other soil particles.

 Benefits:

• returns the micro-organisms to their natural home – within the top 8cm of the soil
• better and deeper root growth
• releases locked up nutrients and trace elements (or conversion into a usable form
• a general improvement in health, colour and condition of turf even during summer droughts and cold, wet, winter conditions.  The nutrient “buffer” of added humus retains moisture and a full range of nutrients not just nitrogen
• a reduction in thatch, dry patch and similar problems, giving savings on turf wetters and other associated maintenance costs
• breaks down “black layer” or iron pans thus improving soil structure
• a better utilisation of fertiliser nutrients with virtually no leaching, phosphates are unlocked and humic acid is produced free
• greatly improved germination and establishment of seed

Premier Micro Life

 An organic 4-3-2 fertiliser enriched with Predatory Fungi®.  Contains 60% organic matter of vegetable and animal origin.

 Benefits:

• crowds out harmful fungi in the soil for a marked improvement in resistance to disease leading to fungicide savings
• better utilisation of fertiliser nutrients with virtually no leaching even when compared to conventional slow release fertilisers
• extended release of 8-10 weeks when applied in autumn or early spring
• inhibits infection of Dollar Spot
• inhibits infection of Fusarium
• inhibits infection of Pythium

Premier Spring-Up

Premier HHI Mini Granular

 A fine mini-granule, that spreads evenly over the playing surface with minimal disruption to play.  An organic main-stay fertiliser, which both feeds and replenishes the nutrients and micro-organisms.  Its organic base contains kelp, trace elements and natural growth stimulants and is inoculated with beneficial bacteria and fungi.

 Spring & Summer (15-4-7)

Autumn & Winter (5-2-12 +Mg)

Benefits:

• high in nitrogen that releases a balance of fertiliser over a 6 to 8 week period.  Winter formulation provides potash and magnesium for winter vigour
• full trace element package including sulphur
• contains both beneficial bacteria and fungi that inhibit fungal disease pathogens
• contains a kelp base, which part from being totally organic, is rich in plant growth stimulants
• contains humic acid that gets to work ahead of the soil microbes to convert nitrogen, potassium and phosphates into usable forms
• very low salt content (0.5%). No potential to scorch

Vitagrow Bio-Organic Liquid (8-7-7+trace elements)

 A liquid formulation of NPK 8-7-7 all derived from a fully organic base including liquid blood and bone.  Contains a full trace element package including 3% sulphur together with a range of plant growth promoters.  An ideal spring and summer feed for customers who prefer liquid fertilisers.  This product can be supplemented by Bio Boost at full or reduced rates to activate the organic base and supplement soil micro-organisms on a continuing basis.

Vitagrow Bio-Boost (Hydropol BS)

 Vitagrow Bio-Boost is a blend of bioactive components of natural plant origin in an easy to apply liquid form.  The bio-stimulation occurs both in the plant and the soil.  Acting as a highly effective conditioner and tonic improving the vitality of both the grass and soil.  It is an ideal product to bring back the turf into its natural cycle.  Vitagrow Bio-Boost will help stressed grass growing in sterile soil, which suffers from thatch and may become compact and sour.

Vitagrow Bio-Wetter (Hydropol WA)

Extended Action Wetter with Yucca and Seaweed for fine turf.

 Vitagrow Bio-Wetter is a highly concentrated wetter with added bio-stimulants, which gives the best of both worlds.  It contains a high level of a very efficient chemical, which significantly reduces surface tension and thus ensures penetration over long periods.

• extended action - only 2 applications per year required
• bio-stimulants to improve turf vitality
• improved water penetration
• disperses nutrients through the root-zone
• discourages thatch and compaction

Vitagrow Bio-Sulphur (Hydropol S)

Ionic Sulphur in Liquid Form

 Vitagrow Bio-Sulphur is a unique Sulphur-Calcium-Ammonium complex.  It is released into a colloidal form with a particle size of 0.01 microns, which makes it immediately active and available.
